The Spring 2012 Chef Challenge featured WNC's best chefs competing each week for the chance to advance and ultimately win the title of the BEST CHEF! Only four teams remain! Boca and the Inn on Biltmore will face off on August 16 and L.A.B will compete against Knife and Fork on August 14. The finals are scheduled for August 23.
Dinner guests will receive six courses (3 from each team) and will participate in scoring the dishes to determine the winner of the Chef Challenge Semifinals. Special wines are selected based on the "Secret" ingredient and are available for purchase along with beers and cocktails. (Sorry, no "brown bagging"!)
